Teesside: A rigger named Steven Pattison is in some serious trouble. He’s facing sentencing for multiple child sex offences. Pattison, 39, pleaded guilty to these crimes that happened between 2016 and 2022.

In court, his lawyer, Gary Wood, explained that Pattison claimed he had no unhealthy interest in kids. He said he was just trying to shock his friends. Apparently, a group he worked with offshore was sharing these images, and he thought it would be funny to send them along too.

Pattison’s charges are pretty heavy. He’s guilty of publishing obscene articles, possessing extreme pornographic images, and making indecent photos of a child. The list goes on, and it’s not good.

The judge, Dalwinder Singh, didn’t make any promises about Pattison’s sentencing. He’s out on bail for now, but he’ll be back in court on March 4 for the final decision. It’s a serious situation, and many are waiting to see what happens next.
