DNA testing confirmed her identity. North Yorkshire Police arrested a 61-year-old man on suspicion of her murder. He is currently in custody for questioning.
The police have asked the public and media to avoid speculation. They want to respect the privacy of Lamduan’s family and those involved in the case.
