According to the police, this all went down around 3:30 PM on a Wednesday. The man ran out in front of cars and kicked the woman.
He’s described as white, wearing a light grey cap, a black puffer coat, and black jogging bottoms. The woman he kicked had dark brown hair and was in a dark green puffer coat.
This was during a busy time when parents were likely picking up their kids from school. So, there’s a chance someone caught it on their dashcam or saw it happen.
