Galway’s beloved Meltd café has opened a second spot in Barna, serving up their famous treats and delicious coffee to eager fans
Galway: Exciting news for food lovers! Meltd, the popular café, just opened a second location in Barna. They’re known for their tasty sambos and sweet treats.
For almost three years, Meltd has been a hit on Middle Street. Their New York-style cookies and fudge brownies have made them a local favorite.
After teasing fans earlier this year, they finally launched Meltd 2.0 at The Twelve Hotel in Barna. The café is open from 8:30 AM to 4 PM, so you can pop in for a bite.
They’re starting with a limited menu, but you can still grab their famous cheesy toasties and freshly baked goodies. Meltd’s sambos will be available from 10 AM.
The team behind Meltd had hinted at this new spot back in January. They joked about opening a new location soon, and here we are!
Originally, Meltd was created by the folks behind Harry’s Bar in Galway. Their first café opened in 2022, and they’ve been growing ever since.
Now, they’re a must-visit for anyone in Galway, especially foodies looking for Instagram-worthy treats. So, if you’re in the area, swing by and check it out!
